Any care provider that offers housing and/or supportive services to elderly and/or disabled individuals including Alzheimer care facilities, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, home care, hospice care, residential care facilities, retirement facilities, adult day care facilities, or senior apartment facilities, is eligible to be included on our website provided that such providers are licensed, and will at all times remain licensed, by the state in which they operate. If a provider fails to maintain appropriate state licensure, that provider may be removed from our site or listing services. Some providers are not required to be licensed and thus will no licensure requirement is required in such case. The providers listed on our site or through our services have entered into an agreement with us and paid a fee, or agreed to pay a fee in the future in certain circumstances, for being included in our product and services offerings.

We impose no requirements on our partner providers as to the manner in which they deliver services to clients/patients. Each provider listed in our service has agreed to charge our clients in the same way they charge other clients for the same level of care.

We help clients evaluate the type of care needed including an assessment of issues such as pricing, care requirements, and personal preferences. Once we have evaluated a client's requirements, we will develop a listing of providers which potentially meet said requirements will share the property names with the client. We also provide the client's name and requirements to the provider(s) and setup a personal tour of the facilities selected by the client.

Due to the complicated and constantly changing healthcare delivery systems of our providers, we exercise no independent judgments as to the quality of the provider(s) nor do we endorse any provider. We believe and are committed to educating family members on how to assess quality care so that they can make educated decisions.
